These DIY tassel kits are the best option for creating pristine and beautiful tassel garlands. The tassels are machine cut from premium grade tissue paper for crisp edges and rich color. All you need to do is twist the loops and string them on the included twine. It takes about 30 minutes to assemble the entire garland.
A finished garland is 5 feet long x 13 inches tall.
