We currently ship to: USA, Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, and the UK. We ship from California, USA.
We primarily ship USPS, but in some instances, depending on package size, we may ship using another provider such as UPS.
If you are outside the US, you may be responsible for VAT** once your order arrives in your country.

Why is my country not listed?
We would love to ship to your country! Contact us through the chat box and let us know which country we should unlock next. You do not need to use English. Please keep in mind some countries are not unlocked due to an inability to track the package once it enters your country. An example is Mexico. We would love to ship to our southern neighbors, but there is no way to track the package once it enters the country.
*We worked on getting the order value of free shipping down, with that being said 250+ products are currently eligible for free shipping of orders of $110+, however, some products are only eligible for orders of $150 or more. Due to their size.
If you find the shipping too high, keep in mind these rates are set by the carriers. Most of our items are quite light, so buying more won't increase the price much. If you have a bigger order, you will get more bang for your buck.
**Most orders will not be applicable for VAT as even our base free international shipping is usually below the minimum order amount for VATs and custom's fees.
The estimated delivery time is based on how long it will take to travel to you after your order has been fulfilled. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.
