Do you charge domestic sales tax?

We are a California based business, so we only charge sales tax to people shipping to an address within California.

How does Shop Pay Installments work?

Pay in four easy installments every two weeks when you have a total above $50 at checkout. You will pay your first installment at checkout.

It says I can combine two offers, but it's not working! Please help!

So, you have two offers: One says buy 3 and get this item for free and the other says spend $20 get this item for free. You have all ready added the required free items, but it still isn't working and you're spending $20, why doesn't it work?

These two deals will not work together if the three items you are using to get an item free are being used towards the $20 total, so in order to get both deals, you'd need to spend an additonal $20 on top of the three items that apply to the buy 3 get 1 free.

Basically, you need to buy 3 items to get 1 free, then add an additional $20 to get the second item free.

How do I earn reward points?

Currently, the only way you can earn points is by making a purchase ($1 earns you 5pts), having a birthday (500pts), following us on Instragram (50pts), and liking us on Facebook (50pts). Additionally, you earn 100pts for signing up.

How do I redeem reward points?

As you earn points, rewards begin to unlock and allow you to redeem your points for them. Once you choose to redeem, a code will become available that can be used at checkout.

Can I get free product?

Currently, the only way to get free product is to redeem rewards with points as part of our rewards program.

Do you currently do sponsorships?

We currently ship to: USA, Canada, Germany, and the UK. We ship from California, USA.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The estimated delivery time is based on how long it will take to travel to you after your order has been fulfilled.  Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.

We primarily ship USPS, but in some instances, depending on package size, we may ship using another provider such as UPS.

Orders & Returns

Oh no! I forgot to...can I change my order?

Did you forget to use a coupon, add your free gift before checking out, or use your reward? Perhaps, you want to add more items to use with your coupon? No problem!

If you need to make changes to your order or add additional items to it, please use our contact form. Make sure to include your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

This one is a bit tricky. We tend to prepare most orders immediately. Yes, we can sometimes apply a coupon to your order after the fact or add more items, but after a certain period of time, most orders are all ready prepared for shipment with postage purchased and the item dropped off.

You can request to cancel your order if the item is not all ready prepared for shipment. Once an item has been fulfilled, an order cannot be cancelled.

Additionally, custom or personalized items can be cancelled at any time as long as they are not currently in production.

All that being said, you have about 24 hours to cancel.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

To start a return, you can contact us at or use the contact form. Please include your order number and what you wish to return.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you do exchanges?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (be sure to contact us first!), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

When will I get my refund and what is eligible for a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  Shipping cost cannot be refunded.

Which items cannot be returned?

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

Mystery items or blind boxes/bags, grab bags, perishable Items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom Products (special order or personalized items), personal care items like beauty products or skincare, nail polish, perfume, or lighters, gift cards. Final sale items cannot be returned.

Oh no! My item is damaged. What do I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  Please be prepared to provide photo evidence if necessary.
